Who we are

BSM LLC (BSM Build) is a general contractor in Los Angeles, California. This policy covers this website, bsmbuild.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the type of project you choose and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox by email, through a service called Resend, which sends it on our behalf and does not use it for anything else.

When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.

When you browse the site, we count visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. It records which pages were viewed, the site that referred you, your type of device and browser, and your country, so we can see what visitors find useful. It cannot identify you.

How we use it

We use what you send us to answer your question, talk through your project and keep our business records. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers or add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for visitors, and it does not use advertising or tracking pixels. Its fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.

Where the site runs

This website is hosted by Vercel, which serves its pages and runs the contact form. Like any web host, it handles the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the page.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to help you and to keep our records, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send us a note through the contact form and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
